Return & Refund Policy for Pakistan
We receive 100% return of the product if the product is not the same as requested including color, or size issues with the following rules/policy.
- The return request must be made within 2 days of receiving your order.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- The product must be returned in the same packing without any damage.
- The customer must explain the reason or defect before returning the product.
- Return shipment costs should be paid by the customer.
- You will receive refund upon reception of the product within a week.
- Please note that there may always be a slight change in the pattern/color in the product due to the lighting effect in the picture, which is exempted from return.
- Change of mind not entertained for any return/refund as all the information/images/video of the product are shared by our staff with customers.
- We don’t accept refunds if the item is shipped and the customer changes his/her mind before receiving it. Customers can get a full refund within 2 days of order.
- Please make sure the article is in good condition and the tags are intact.
